How to Claim

In the unfortunate event that you need to make a claim on your policy, please follow the steps below:

Step 1

All claims must be notified to Our Perfect Wedding immediately in the event of an accident, loss or damage which may give rise to a claim under the policy.

Complete the claim form, providing as much information as possible, and submit to the Claims Department.

You will then receive confirmation of lodgment and will be provided a claims number for your reference.

Refunds Policy

Cooling Off Period

You may return the policy to us within 14 days of purchasing and provided that no claim has been made or arisen you will receive a full refund of premium less any government taxes or duties that are non refundable or remain payable by us.

You should also refer to the PDS for conditions in relation to cancellation and the refund rights that apply after the cooling off period has ended.
